Yoga Nidra

The practice of Yoga Nidra is a profoundly relaxing reclined meditation,  it will lead you into a deeply receptive state of mind where problems can be dissolved and solutions can arise.

A ‘Sankalpa’, It’s more than a positive affirmation or intention, it is your hearts deep longing for creation to come into manifestation.

You Affirm this intention at the beginning and end of the practice. This is received subconsciously, like a seed planted in the fertile soil of the mind.

With a daily practice that seed will grow into a new embedded and embodied belief.
